Quite center of Riga

The flat was not clean. The water in dus was not going away. The auto parking was not for free( they say free parking). For 17 days we had only 3 towels and not bedlinen extra for to change it. So, we had to bay our self that extra. I tray to contact flat owner on telefon and sms, but nobody answered.

The shower curtain is short and the water comes out You must call by phone for instruccions to entry at the apartment.

Just an awful apartment. Both door handles are falling off, an unpleasant musty smell, a very worn and outdated interior from walls to furniture. The shower has a broken piece of its base, with a hole where water always leaks. But the most important and horrifying thing is that the apartment is very DIRTY; everything is dirty: the floor and all surfaces, the bathroom is disgusting, the table was completely covered in a sticky layer, dust everywhere, and it's scary to even touch the dishes. The apartment was definitely not cleaned after the previous tenants, and the fact that the host allowed us to check in at 11:30 instead of the standard 14:00 (we didn’t ask for that) only confirms this. For three nights for two people, they left us a tiny bit of toilet paper, so we had to buy our own. I do not recommend this apartment under any circumstances; the price does not justify the conditions. In my many years of renting apartments, this is the worst experience. If for some reason you decide to stay here, bring your own bedding and towels. Also, keep in mind that extensive construction work is happening near the train station (as of early September), making the area very dusty. It's extremely difficult to get to the apartment with suitcases, as there are no temporary walkways instead of the excavated ones, and you can't take a short route to/from the bus stop to/from the airport; you have to go around.

Quiet place very close to the city center. Sleeping on couch is enough for 2 people. Fully equipped kitchen including washing machine and enough of dishes and cutlery for 2 people.

I was not happy with apartment state at the arrival - we washed the floor and bathroom before settling. I did not feel comfortable with broken adjusting floor to the shower basin and water coming in during showering.

Easy, clean and comfortable.

Confusion at the start. Code was wrong, phone no answer, informations about how to collect keys none. Had to wait other people to open door, and searched for the key myself. Essentially accessed the flat by myself with no instructions. Funny story though :)

We had all facilties described

The place is extremely dirty. Not only the floor, bedtable was also sticky and covered with dust. There was hair in a shower that did not belong to any of us. I really hope that sheets and towels were washed properly
