Quite center of Riga

Nice place not too far from the center. Very good value for the money.

Could be cleaner. Some parts of apartment need attention.

Cozy flat and nice view from windows, center is near

Seems from the previous stay of other people the flat was not cleaned, door handle was wobbly but it's all nothing compared to the avoidance of the property owner. Second day in the flat the electricity was gone, no wifi, etc., called owner - no response, from the third time calling she responded, talks only in russian. I explained the situation - no apology, no resolution, then she ordered me to go and check the electricity cabinets on the same floor and outside the building, I went twice in order to resolve the matter as the wifi (I had to connect to a meeting and Im from other country so it was needed) and a working fridge on a hot day were essential. Anyways, the electricity was not restored and owner said that she will find a way to fix it and will call me back, in an hour I did not hear from her. We packed our things, then called owner claiming that it is unnaceptable that no resolution was provided, and no compassionate understanding. I said that I want to leave and for her to refund the price for not staying in the flat for last night and she agreed. So I called booking customer support and asked to cancel the night at the flat and that the owner agreed to refund. After that property owner ignored all my messages and calls, booking support said that they have to confirm the refund from the property owner side. She did not respond to booking.com calls or emails as well. This is laughable situation as booking support said that property owner silence is accepted as rejection, so they were not going to provide me with a refund for the night I didn't stay. Anyways, all this rant to give you a more wide perspective, so risk at your own cost. This owner is not trustworthy.

Spacious studio with well equipped kitchen and washing machine. Apartment was warm and quite, with a great host

Apartment was clean and cosy, price was good and owner friendly.

There were little too cold when we arrived but inside is the electric heater, so it wasn't a problem.
