"I could stay here long-term as my home"

I really like this apartment. It has a living room with an open kitchen and one bedroom, along with all the necessary living equipment, including a washing machine, drying racks, and olive oil. This makes me feel like this place is not just for travel, but that I could peacefully stay here long-term as my home.

-The bath uses a storage water heater. This was fine for me as I was traveling solo, but it might be a bit troublesome for groups of travelers. -Without checkout information, I nearly missed my bus to Vilnius because I didn't know how to check out.
