Central Comfort at Hanzas Residence, stay near Cafes, Bars, Museums & Esplanade

The location is great. A simple self-check-in/check-out process. The apartment was warm and had good Wi-Fi. The main road and the construction outside didn’t bother with the windows closed.

• The towels and bedding seem quite worn out. • The floor was not clean and had dust. Also, the kitchen corner needs to be cleaned more thoroughly. • No basic coffee maker was available in the apartment, so I had to go out to buy coffee every morning. • There was a cigarette smoke smell coming from the bathroom's ventilation system. Unfortunately, I had to book another hotel for the remaining half of my stay since I couldn't stand it

I recommend changing bed sheets and covers to a more hotel like standard. They were not pleasant and small strong of washing powder. Shower drenering has to be cleaned. Water was not going out fast enough, difficult to shower. Electric sockets in the bathroom didn't work.

Everything was fine. Communication with the owner at first was good. Easy self-check in and check out. Apartment is clean and spacious. Location is good, 20 min by walk from the center. Really enjoyed my stay. Wi-fi is super fast.

There were only 3 towels in the apartment. that was not enough for my 7-days stay, so I had to wash them and dry later.

Very noisy neighbors that were super actuve in the evening, the apartment was clean at the first glance, but then we found some dust under the bed, no trash bag etc.
