Central Comfort at Hanzas Residence, stay near Cafes, Bars, Museums & Esplanade

Nice, cozy apartament. Perfect for a short stay for 1-2 people. It takes about 15 min to walk to the old town. The building itself it quite old, but it was quite in the evenings and there was a lady cleaning the staircase. It had the essentials.

Not really a big problem, but the tiles in the bathroom (and partially in the corridor) are loose so they are moving and crunching a bit under your feet which made me a bit nervous that they may crack. Faucet in the kichen and doorhandle in the bathroom needs tightening. Not much sitting space. Dobbelt duvet (again, not a big problem really, but I prefer separat:). A bit small.

The accommodation on 5th floor of a nice historical building, with nust see awesome elevator, near the city center, easy to walk from the train station or from historic sights, it also has bus and tram nearby. The flat is well designed, looks nice and very reconstructed. The bed Is comfortable, there is also a spare blanket and heater if you feel cold. There is coffeemachine and capsules, salt and tea in kitchen, bathroom had shower gel and shampoo. There is TV for netflix. There are also slippers in men and female size.

- upper neighbours made me feel that they moved furnitures all night or dropped large objects on ground - toilet was not clean unfortunetly,but domestos was next to it - there is a strong smell in apartment, either the floor cleaner has this stench, but as the apt. Is small it took me time to get used to it and had to open window a lot - toilet paper was hidden, took me some time to locate it, it was in upper compartment above the sink and also under the television - a reading lamp next to bed would be a big plus

Location was good as it was almost in center. Flat was clean. Wifi was good.

Flat was smaller than in pictures. It was really cold inside of flat, heater did not work. We used external heater which was provided by owner but it was barely heating. We asked for early check-in but the communication was rude from the owner, telling that we need to respect and check in at 16:00. We planned to check in at 16:00 as per owners request and then they told flat is empty earlier. We wanted to check out 20-30 minutes after 12:00, but owner did not let us he told that we need to leave flat at 12:00 so we left at 12:00 and waited outside. Communication from Owner is not so good, he is a bit rude. Flat small, cold, TV did not show any channels. We had neighbours noisy.
