The apartment is almost as in the photos. (Except that it requires repairs.) THE SURROUNDINGS (INCL. THE REST OF THE HOUSE) ARE VERY UGLY, DIRTY, AND NOT MAINTAINED. See photos. "Smoking is prohibited." But each day I had to close the window because of the SMOKE OF MARIJUANA from outside. "Pets are not allowed." But I had to wave off the cats living in the house. Not speaking of live and DEAD PIGEONS in the garden. "The well-fitted kitchen has a refrigerator, kitchenware, an oven, and a microwave." No microwave, and the oven is very old and dirty. "a flat-screen TV with cable channels." Not working. The valid instructions were sent only to our administrator who ordered the accommodation, but not to me. I had a tough time finding someone who knew the correct telephone number, through which she got the code and the number of the apartment. Otherwise, I would have to find an alternative accommodation. THE CONTACT ON BOOKING.COM IS INVALID! THE PHONE NUMBER IS VIETNAMESE AND - AS FAR AS I UNDERSTOOD - INEXISTENT. FOR THE E-MAIL, I DID NOT GET ANY RESPONSE. And booking.com does not offer any emergency number for solving such situations. English and Czech instructions gave different times of expected arrival.

It was quiet , parking good.

First the mattress as horrible, so so hard. I had to wash all the dishes before using anything. They were dirty. TV never worked. It just wasn’t very clean.
