I liked the place and proximity to a mall and bus stops

The fridge and bathroom curtain were dirty

Really well equipped flat. There is everything you may need, including a small kitchen, washing machine, etc. The place is very calm and quiet. No moskitos.

The price point was very reasonable and the place was clean

Broken toilet seat, broken shower curtain, broken light switch, bed waa really hard and at a sloap, only one toilet roll left for the whole week, the flat smelled of cigarettes really bad, the curtains for the windows werent hooked on properly so were really letting through lots of light which wasnt ideal for traveling with kids, no curtains in the bathroom so you can flash people when you take a shower, fridge had a weird smell and would make food smell like the fridge, the sofa is very lose so if you try to sit on it when folded it keeps sliding out

The apartment is in a building that I was afraid to enter. It looked like to be barely holding on. A mix of handyman's work and grandma's furniture.
