Spacious, clean, great kitchen and excellent location. Enjoyed our stay.

Very nice apartment, clean and comfortable, very close to the city center!There were supermarkets and other shops nearby, everything was perfect!

The only thing that keeps this place from being 10/10 is the AC isn’t powerful enough to cool the apartment properly during heat waves. We were hot all three nights, however we did visit during a heat wave. A fan could be useful to blow air from the living room where to AC isn’t located to the bedroom.

The best apartment I've ever been to. Easy check-in, Boris is a great host. Quiet area close to the center and supermarkets. Very comfortable bed and sofa bed; washing machine, air conditioning, and all the essentials you need in a home. Delighted with the split-level apartment. Thank you so much for everything, Boris. Fantastic location, just a 10 minute stroll from the Riva Promenade. Very nice accommodation with a very large bedroom and comfortable king sized bed. Shower was good and the kitchen had all we needed to make tea/coffee and toast/sandwiches. We ate out every night but there were plenty of utensils/pots/pans etc if you wished to self cater. TV had satellite channels with sports etc. Apartment very clean modern.

Nothing negative about the place.

The property was really clean - exactly as shown in pictures. It was 10 minutes walk from palace and to the center of everything. There was a grocery store just few steps from apartment as well as great kitchenette for cooking if need be. The host Boris was always available for any queries. If you are looking for a quiet neighbourhood yet the vicinity to city center then will definitely recommend this place

Nothing, everything was good. Only watch out for those who can’t carry their luggage to 2 floors!

We loved the apartment, it had everything you need and more. Very comfortable and modern, really nice decor. The bed & pillows were very comfortable, good air con, nice bathroom - good shower. Great having a washing machine (laundry liquid supplied). There is a very small clothesline outside the window and clothes pegs. The front of the building looks ordinary, but I’ve learnt not to judge a book by its cover in Croatia. There are no lifts, you go up 4 flights of steps to the 3rd floor. Location is good, a 5 min walk slightly uphill from the Old Town & waterfront. Two good supermarkets close by, also a nice little Empanada outlet a few doors down. And a store with big range of skincare & personal care products a few minutes away (called DM ???). Excellent communication with owner/host.

A clothes horse/drying rack would have been useful.
