The rainbow 4

This place was a death trap. When you take a shower the water from the shower room leaks into the room and it’s not visible (white floor). My dad had a nasty fall from this and he could have died. In addition to this, the description said that there would be 2 beds but it was actually just one bed with 2 duvets and 2 pillows. No staff, no microwave. At least 8 min walk to get to any public transport.

I do not recommend it to anyone!!! After 4 hours of begging, we got the code. Until then, we walked the streets looking for accommodation in the cold, helplessly and bewildered. we only got in through the gate with the code, but there was no room key. There was a prostitute in the room! She distracted us angrily. And after an hour of desperate waiting, we got into the room that had not been cleaned!!!!!!!! (there were no free rooms anywhere in the city) Despicable!!!!!

The place is near the centre.

The sheets weren't changed from previous people, who have slept there!

This is the second time I stayed at Rainbow 4, so this time it was easy to find and I knew I could walk into the centre with a short easy walk, I also arrived in time to have a look along the Ladies' Market (Jensky Bazaar) that it is right next to. The room is small but comfortable with enough space for what you need when you want a secure space to explore Sofia from. The next morning it's a ten minute walk to Serdika station to get the Metro (30 mins) to the airport. To get in there are metal gates with a code you punch in. It's a few doors along from the all night coffee and snack vending machine, but there's not much to make it stand out. Inside there are different key boxes for each apartment.

I couldn't get the TV to work, but I didn't really want to watch it. The wifi was fine for Youtube on the phone or laptop, but I wasn't there to watch telly.
