Location facilities and cost is very good it's very bear the center and also has air conditioning too.

Only downfall is checkin time which is afternoon so if arrive very early in morning it's a long time to wait.

It was a little bit hard to find the accomodiation main gate cuz they've already renew it. That will be amazing if owner also update the fotos following.

The location.

There were no keys in the box I was told they would be. I called on the phone and was told that the cleaner would bring them in 15 minutes, but she was delayed by about an hour. The bathroom was beneath criticism. When you take a shower, the moment you open the door to get out, the water flows out. The shower headset was also damaged and sprayed water everywhere. In addition, they do not provide slippers. The TV doesn't work if there's someone in front of it. I stayed in this place for 4 nights, but the cleaning lady did not come even once to clean or at least take the trash out. The host was trying to be welcoming, but she should work on the tone she’s using to speak to the guests. Definitely wouldn’t repeat.

Close to the train station, far, however, from the centre. Self check-in worked well.

The ceiling is a little low. Not recommended for 190+ cm.

Clean, perfect for a single traveler/couple

Access to the complex is through a new gate on the main street of the Ladies Bazar, with keypad entry. The room is up a steep flight of stairs and consists of a large comfy bed, TV, kettle and en-suite. The bed is massive! The bathroom is Bulgarian style so the toilet and shower are all in one wet room, which drained well and - for once! - didn't soak the toilet roll. There is air con which also acts as a heater. The WiFi was strong and reliable, and when I had a slight issue with logging on my enquiry was dealt with immediately. The surrounding neighborhood is buzzing by day and quiet at night. The Ladies Bazar has loads of cheap coffee, bakeries and kebab options during the day, plus fresh fruit and veg. Be aware that is BUDGET accommodation so don't expect the Hilton, but for the price it is very good. The city centre is nearby and an easy 10 minute walk, or take a tram from the top of the Bazar.

I'm tall (188cm) and couldn't quite stand up in the shower. The room is in the converted attic so the ceiling is low at the sides. There was a slight drain smell in the bathroom but this is a Bulgaria-wide plumbing issue rather than the fault of the accommodation. Be aware that the Ladies Bazar area is VERY quiet at night which might be intimidating for some returning to the room late. I personally found it very safe. Stairs to the room are steep.

The location was perfect. I also met the host and she was so nice. When I had a question, she was there in a minute. Very good place to stay.
