Urban Garden

Central and quiet location, very convenient. Parking spot was helpful, only should not be used with a Dachbox as there is a bar at the gate. Easy check-in, even though we arrived in the very early morning hours. The coffee tabs were a nice compliment.

The kitchen is a little too small- 4 people cannot fit. The garden needs to be maintained. For our longer stay we missed having a washing machine and a usable drying rack, however there is no room for these in the flat.

The apartment is beautiful, spotless and in a great location not too far from main shops and restaurants 5g10 minutes walk.. The bed was very large and comfortable for a couple and the sofa bed was quite comfortable for a night. Everything in apartment was lovely, good communication from owner, would book again if staying overnight or a few days in Sofia **but not for four people. Taxi to airport 28 leva, taxi to bus station 13 leva, both at 10 am on weekday. Overall a lovely place with attention to detail and lots of added extras. Good for a family with children ☺️

Not easy to find from photographs , looked different in winter, mural could not be seen? Having to open and unlock every gate and door before moving to next was tricky with luggage in the rain. There is a huge double bed and a sofa bed so not really suitable for four and therefore not as good value as other places in location! ** Be aware** that the Main door occassionally will not unlock, and unfortunately we were locked in upon trying to leave, and had to get a neighbour to help. This is hard when you do not speak very much Bulgarian, we were lucky that the lady in upstairs flat spoke English and was in! We missed our taxi to airport and had to rebook so was stressful. This is beyond owners control but people should be aware.

Location and very quiet area in city centre

We had a pleasant stay at the property. It is very well decorated and we felt welcomed and at home. We had a small surprise from the host - coffee capsules available to use. Thank you! The property is very well located in the heart of Sofia, opposite NDK and it was on a handful distance to everywhere we wanted and needed to go. A huge bonus was the parking space, which may be difficult in city center. We will definitely book again if needed.

We liked everything but something to be aware of is that you may need to bring slippers as it was cold on the floor or at least I felt cold, however this is a matter of personal choice.

I've been a Genius member of Bookig for a long time and never had such a bad experience. The hosts refused to help us and the telephone number they gave us wasn't working. When we arrived, we saw that there were not enough sheets for 4 people and it's almost winter in Bulgaria. Also, the heating wasn't working at all. But the worst part is when we tried to contact the hosts via viber or booking, the just refused to help and said that they don't have sheets for us. The house was in very poor condition also. I've travelled around the world and never had a host who don't answer and refuses to give us what we pay for us. I suspect this is a scam.
