Urban Garden

The location is great, literally minutes to NDK. The host preheated the apartment before us getting there. The check-in was pretty easy by getting the keys from an outside box.

If you are booking this apartment because of the free private parking beware, it is in a nearby location behind a flat but the entrance was blocked by a random car parked so we could not use it. The whole neighborhood has paid street parking and you could only pay for 4 hours. We had to park at a nearby paid parking and paid over 50lv just because there was no way to use the parking we paid for and the host didn't provide a solution or competition. The apartment is in an old building and it needs some refreshing. The bed was not comfy. The kitchen could use a microwave and a bottle of water would be a nice touch for the guests. The booking says a person would meet us there to check us in but it ended up for us getting keys just from a box outside, we kinda planned our trip to get there at the check-in hour just because we thought we are meeting a person, and we wouldn't have rushed.

I use Booking almost 14 years with about 75 bookings all over Europe. This is my first time i had to make such a bad review. I think this apartment must be banned from booking. I really cant understand the rate that this apartment has and I doubt about the reviews or the algorithm behind it. Something is wrong with it. I don't know where to start from. The name is urban garden. Well, the most accurate description is urban jungle. That's how neglectable the garden is. When I saw it from outside, I felt embarrassed to check in. I said to my self that this is a ghost house. For sure this building have stability issues. Thank God it was only for one night. The inside was renovated but was a cheap effort. Cleanness is an issue. Dust and mold in the bathroom. When I opened the refrigerator to put my bottle of water, I was very surprised. A little detail of how cleanness and hospitality are considered. When I asked for bedroom's air-condition control, the owner answerd "somewhere there". I searched every "there". Outrageous price for this kind of accommodation. Don't take in to account the "perfect" reviews. Please book at your own risk guys.....

The apartment is located right near the culture palace and park, and Vitosha avenue. It had good facilities as we spent only one night there in transition.
