Апартаменти мають чудове розташування: поряд метро, магазини, кафе, парки. В квартирі є все необхідне для життя. Приємним моментом стала гойдалка в кімнаті. Кондиціонер працює чудово. Тихо та затишно.

Не зручно приймати душ. На початку проживання в квартирі були і маленькі, і великі таргани.

Le logement est très bien, et bien aménagé. Il est parfait pour une personne seule. Peut-être un peu moins adapté pour deux personnes, en effet, l'entrée dans l'appartement se fait par la pièce d'eau, et cela peut être difficile à gérer suffisant vous habitudes.

Good property. Excellent location! It is quiet. And very communicative.

Bathroom!

The view - skyline view is a better name for the place- and the peacefulnes up there. And so very complete - a tiny house! Entering through the toilet/shower was a surprise, but funny. And the lift was an asset -and a fossile.

The formalities. 'Mandatory registration', many rules/steps in the procedure: not a personal welcome. Clearly an agency. While the place is really a one-off.

Location only

We are still in complete shock over our stay here...we had such hopes for the place yet we ended up leaving a night early and booking a hotel instead because of the poor living conditions here. Firstly, the description of the place is misleading and does not mention that the studio is located in an old attic of an apartment bloc - as seen pictured, the entrance to the studio is not the most pleasant. Secondly, there was no mention anywhere that the entrance of the studio is ALSO the bathroom - you have to step with shoes where you shower and use the toilet which is unhygienic to say the least. Finally, the place did not meet hygienic/cleanliness standards by ANY metric as there were cockroaches in the studio (as seen by the pictures). This is absolutely unacceptable and the host must take action immediately to make this place liveable as in the current state it does meet the standards that it advertises in the description.

Very good location, very nice view, clean and the owner very good.

Clean and nice interior

Bathroom is awful!! The room is not staged to be a bathroom, the water was everywhere!! And then you have to walk in shoes on that water because bathroom is built literally on the area of entrance Floor doors stacked and owner hasn’t WhatsApp, so it was very hard to reach out. I was late for business meeting because I waited 1 hour for them to come and fix the door!
