Ērta vieta, labs rajons, bezmaksas stāvvieta

Naktī dzīvoklī bija ļoti karsti un manuāli regulēt to nav iespējams, tā kā garām aiz logiem brauc ik pa laikam tramvajs tad logu nevar turēt atvērtu, jo skaņa traucē naktsmieru, adrese bookingā ir norādītā Maskavas iela, reāli tāda vairs nepastāv un waze to nesaprot!

Plaša telpa, bez gultas ir arī dīvāns, virtuves zonā viss nepieciešamais, ir ledusskapis, tējkanna, trauki. Arī gludeklis un citas lietas, lai varētu ērti uzturēties. Blakus mājai iela un tramvajs, bet 4.stāvā klusāks un logiem skaņas izolācija diezgan laba, bet ar vaļējiem logiem vasarā varētu būt savādāk. Kaimiņi klusi, viss tīrs un kārtīgs. Blakus mājai skvērs un bezmaksas autosstāvvietas.

Mazliet pavēsi mata sākumam - radioatori nebija regulējami, 2 radioatori bija pilnībā ledaini, trešais auksts un nevarēja uzgriezt siltumu. Ja tikai vakarā paēst un ātri gulēt, tad ok bet pasēžot pie galda ilgā palika auksti.

Было прохладно, так как батареи были не включены и из никак нельзя было регулировать.

The apartment is very nice, clean and spacious and offers everything one might need. It has a fully equipped kitchen, couch, bathroom. The location is very convenient, because right in front of the building there is a tram stop and the trams take you directly into the Old Town in just about 10 minutes. Also there is a supermarket nearby, the neighborhood is quiet and safe, same goes for the building. It also has a parking, which is good for travelers with car. The check in was seamless and we received all entry codes beforehand. The host was polite and friendly in their communication.

The following things didn't bother us during our stay, but keep in mind: - The apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator - The tram stop is right in front, which as convenient as it is, can also be quite noisy and inconvenient for light sleepers - There is no AC. Since we visited in September, it was manageable, but in summer I can imagine it becomes quite stuffy and hot.
