Siisti asunto. Ratikka kulki kätevästi ihan rakennuksen edestä, joten keskustaan pääsi todella helposti ja nopeasti. Keittiössä myöskin kätevästi kaikki tarvittava, että pystyi itse valmistaa ruokaa.Hyvä lisä myös pyykinpesukone, vaikka ei sitä itse tarvittu.

Raitiovaunun ääni kuului aika hyvin sisälle. Häiritsi toisen unia, mutta toisen ei.
