S-type apartment in the center

Super friendly and helpful hosts. Close to the Riva (harbour) and old town.

The apartment smelled heavily of cigarettes and dogs.

Stipe was welcoming as always, thank you for the stay once again it was a pleasure. If I lived in Split, this is the place where I would like to be. Will definitely be back next year, maybe even sooner!

The design of the apartment was very eccentric and all over the place, but it had harmony and was very practical. The location was perfect for our needs.

The enterance needs a little fixing because you need the key to be able to open it from inside the apartment. Also the toilet seat has reached the end of its time and needs replacing.

Domaćin je vrlo ljubazan,pristupačan i susretljiv.vrlo je mirno, čisto i rashlađene prostorije.

Che appena arrivati dopo un giro ed intrecci di telefonate che secondo il.proprietario è dipeso da booking.com veniamo accompagnati all appartamento. Entro insieme a lui che mi fa vedere le camere il bagno la sala ed il bello tutto a luci spente.... gli chiedo di accendere le luci e dopo averlo fatto mi rendo conto di aver buttato 140 euro nel secchio. Pulizia praticamente zero , polvere ovunque, Impianto elettrico completamente da rifare , divani in sala pieni di polvere che sembrava cenere , nelle camere polvere ovunque, poi il.bagno una puzza di fogna , doccia che perdeva acqua , UN ESPERIENZA TERRIFICANTE. NON LO CONSIGLIO.

Дуже ривітний господар який допомагав і порадами і турботою. Рекомендую. Ми залишилися дуже задоволені проживанням в цьому помешканні.
