"Short but sweet, we will have to repeat!"

Amazing location, literally 5min away from Diocletians Palace and the beach, didnt need a Uber. Host is very friendly and helped my wife and little one with info regarding the city, food and everything in between. Everything was tidy inside and even thought its in the centre, the place was really quiet. Kids and wife love it and we will be coming again as we really felt like locals while staying here. Cute patio area outside to have a cold one or a coffee and enjoy the sun was a plus. Thank you Stipe for a nice stay and a chance to meet some great new people, im going to miss Split.

We decided to come while a heat wave was impacting the area, but the AC saved us while inside.

"Quiet and still close to everything"

Stipe the host was very friendly, helpful and responsive at all times before and during our stay The apartment is well equipped clean comfortable and in a great location. So close to beach , shops and the old town but still in a quiet area Stipe was kind enough to let us leave our luggage after our check out so we didn’t have to move it around in the heat. Thank you

"Exceptional"

Great location. Much closer than it looks at the maps. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Great equipment with nice kitchen. Stipe was a nice host, he give us some tips where to go and how to easily explore Split.

"good location amateur DIY"

location short walk to City,shops & restaurant transport services ( ferry port ) to other islands

no outside space as advertised ( patio) view out of window ( concrete blocks ) drainage smells in bathroom & kitchen

This apartment is really well located in Split City Centre. This is the only advantage of this apartment...

This apartment was disappointing, the quality level was absolutely not as expected for this huge price even if the location is very good. This apartment would need a lot of refreshments. As a family with 2 children, we’ve been particularly upset with the cigarette smell and humidity in the bathroom. The owner nevertheless tried to provide some local solutions but it doesn’t answer to the global issue.

"Very disappointing"

Nice central Location

Shower had a leak and flooded the floor No proper Batch towels, only hand towels Very small bedroom, single bed occupied teh entire room with no air conditioning Place looks more like a disco than an apartment, many flashing coloured lights
