Apartment Splendid Marjan

Toller Blick über die Altstadt und den Hafen von Split… sehr zentral, alles top! Großer Vorteil auch der private Parkplatz am Haus.

We loved everything about the apartment - it was perfect in a great location. We loved having our twice daily visits from Kira, Elena's daughters black lab/boxer dog who lived with her humans in the ground floor apartment beneath us. Being dog lovers, we found her adorable. Elena was very friendly and helpful and the apartment was spotlessly clean. We would definately recommend Apartment Splendid Marjan to friends & Family. 100%.

The address on booking.com is wrong - the address is actually 78a not 80 so our taxi driver from the airport dropped us in the wrong place.

Great location, close to town but far enough away, super balcony that loses sun in the afternoon that worried me initially but no need as perfect shade from hottest part of day. Suitable for 2 but would be a push for 3 to fit. Host Elena was amazing.

Bathroom was very small with small shower, I think removing the washing machine and making bigger shower would be more suitable. For a quadrant shower for door to only open hallway would be tight for anyone a little larger in size. Very difficult to bend down in shower. I would remove the washing machine and maybe the bidet to make the bathroom suitable.

1- الشقة تقع بجانب مطل Marjan الشهير. 2 - الموقع عبارة عن فيلا صغيرة بها ثلاث شقق للايجار. 3-السقة تتسع لشخص او شخصين مع اطفال صغار. 4- الشقة عبارة عن غرفة نوم وصالة ومطبخ وحمام. 5- الشقة نظيفة وجديدة وتحتوي على جميع الملتزمات. 6- يوجد موقف للسيارة. 7- صاحبة الشقة جدا محترمة وساكنبه بجانب المبنى. 8- الشقة تقع على مرتفع وللوصول لمركز المدينة اوالشاطي تحتاج تنزل درج طويل وشوارع صغيرة وهو ليس عيبا فيها ولكن تظاريس المدينة مرتفعات وجبال وشوارع صغيرة. 10- المدينة جميلة ورائعة واذا كنت لاتملك سيارة فالافضل السكن بالقرب من مركز المدينة او الشاطي لكي لاتطلع مرتفعات.

لايوجد عيوب واضحة كانت سفرة واقامة جميلة

The view from the terrace was spectacular. The apartment is only 10 minutes walk from the old town but it’s lovely and quiet in the evenings. The host Elena is so helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay but I guess people with mobility issues might have a problem with the walk back to the apartment from the old town as there are a lot of steps.

The apartment was perfect. Lots of little extras to make you feel at home. The location was absolutely perfect. At the end of the street, which is beautiful to walk into town, there are 5 or 6 wonderful restaurants. There is no need to go into the downtown core, which gets very busy when the cryise ships are in. We had the best dinners at these restaurants. Elena, our host, was lovely. We will be back to visit again. It felt like we had landed in a little piece of heaven. We will miss our mimosas on the balcony.

Nothing, although I will bring my on tea cup next time. I like a large cup of tea. 😂

Lovely apartment, well furnished, very clean, all you needed, home from home. Elena & her daughter were extremely helpful. Beautiful views.

Down a lot of steps to the town & back again. For fit younger people perfect, but we are both in our late 60s & I particularly found it hard going
