Apartment Splendid Marjan

Location excellent. Very convenient for restaurants bars etc and for actually getting into the centre of split. Owner was very welcoming and showed us round the apartment, gave us a map of the area and pointed out all the attractions. She left us water, orange juice, snacks etc.

Everything! The view from the terrace was amazing! It was immaculately clean with every thing we needed. Elena was so kind to give us information on the area and left us yummy snacks.

It’s a short walk uphill from the Old Town which was fine with us but if you have any mobility issues this may be a bit of a challenge.

A lovely apartment with an excellent location. Really happy to have found Apartment Marjan. Situated above the old town with a great view of the harbor and just below the entrance to the Marjan Park. Short walk to Prva Vidilica for breakfast and coffee and not far from the palace walls. Will stay again.

The apartment is perfectly located. 5 mins to a lovely, quaint restaurant area on the edge of the front of the town (where all the boat trips depart). 3 mins from a stunning viewing point and an excellent cafe/brunch restaurant. Just beyond that is the peninsula and forest which has 4 or 5 stunning beaches.

Although the view from the top apartment balcony is stunning, it faces east and south, so the sun is lost from it at 1:30pm. The lower apartment terrace is facing south and has sun for most of the day. So it is a slight trade off between the two bacony/terraces - duration of sun vs elevated view. I wouldn't let this minor issue stop you from staying at these wonderful apartments.

The View from the Balcony. Elena greeted us on arrival to show us around and gave us some ideas of where to go. She was delightful, a lovely lady.

Our host Elena was fantastic. The apartment has fantastic views from big windows and a comfortable deck. Clean, well equipped and comfortable. It's a steep short walk from old Town center and we enjoyed the exercise. We'd def stay here again.
