Big Design Apt - Sleeps 12 - Best Location

Arredamento molto bello. Ampio soggiorno e vista sui tetti della città. Belli gli asciugamani morbidi e abbiamo apprezzato ci siano 2 frigoriferi e una lavasciugatrice.

Non ho trovato corretto che nella descrizione non sia riportato che non ci sia l'ascensore e che la casa è al 7 piano! Una follia. Consiglio di pulire adeguatamente la doccia e di cambiare la tenda che ha la muffa. Purtroppo mancava sapone per i piatti e per la lavastoviglie. In una stanza l'appendiabiti era rotto.

Good location to access tourist attractions. Very clean apartment with useful items included eg. Lots of cutlery, glasses, plates etc. Nice little city map included. House manual included. Very spacious.

Long staircase is not suitable for people with disabilities or who have problems with legs. I didn't notice, that this was mentioned when booking.

Really amazing apartment in an excellent location in Old Riga. The modern layout and decor was very nice and there was plenty of room for our group. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed, the card table was excellent and the living room very spacious. We had everything we needed. With multiple toilets and showers, it was also very easy for everyone to access what they needed. I was also very impressed with the comms from the owner, including a video for how to access the apartment.

There is very little to comment on, it's an excellent place. There are quite a lot of steps to reach the apartment on the top floor. This can be a bit daunting at first but it is clearly outlined that there are stairs. However, it's something to note if you or anyone in your party is not particularly mobile or fit. There is also a tiny bit of wear and tear in some parts of the apartment, presumably from previous visitors, which could do with a touch up to maintain the excellent standards of the apartment.

We had a nice stay with a friend group. Easy to check in.

Kitchen could have been better equipped.

The apartment was very nicely decorated, it was modern, clean and comfortable. The keys were easy to get, we got good instructions and it was easy to keep contact with the staff. The location was very good, near the train station and just short walk to the old town. We enjoyed our stay! I highly recommend this apartment for groups.

The stairs were a good exercise, but some of our group members felt that they were a bit much. They didn't want to climb those too many times a day. Some of the group members felt that they were okay, not too bad. But I would not choose this place if there would be people with bad health in my group. Might be challenging. The apartment was quite cold (traveling in November) when we arrived and it did take us few hours to realise that we need to turn the heat on ourselves. It was said clearly in the apartment manual but we read it few hours after we arrived. So, be sure to read the manual right away when you arrive! You could hear the street noice (mostly just cars driving by) quite clearly. But again, this was something that some of the group members felt quite disturbing and some didn't mind at all. So, it is about what you have gotten used to.
