"Quirky property in a good location at a good price."

Very spacious, reasonably close to town and a quirky design. Most facilities that you need are there.

The apartment needs a much deeper clean. The settee is very dirty, the showers have grime within the tiles and it overall it just needs to sparkle than just get by. We knew there were lots of stairs to climb but the lighting isn't good and again they are filthy and unkempt and the tenants need to do something to ensure this is improved. This a lovely spacious apartment accommodating up to 12 people with only two showers/toilets. That seems like an oversight.

The property is spacious and relaxing. It is close to several restaurants, shopping and old town.

We were there in the summer and the sky lights and many of the windows did not have shades, making it difficult for some to sleep.

The apartment was amazing, so spacious with so many unusual features. Layout well thought out. Everyone in our group had their own space. Ideal location to explore Riga and plenty of food outlets, eating places and supermarkets close by. Would definitely recommend.

Didn't realise the apartment was 7 floors up with no lift. Difficult for those who struggle walking. Direction to bin area could be clearer, but immediate response when we messaged proprietor.

This apartment is absolutely stunning. It was so clean, had lovely facilities and was in a fantastic location for exploring beautiful Riga

Not a problem for us but just to be aware it is 6 flights of stairs to access apartment

"Amazing couple of days in a beautiful apartment in Riga !"

The apartment was beautiful and stylish. As a group we enjoyed sitting at the table for our breakfast and drinks at night. It’s in a lovely area with a lovely smoothie bar round the corner for brunch, also we enjoyed a bar round the corner for some cocktails.
