Very clean, lovely layout

Nothing wrong with the property just building work ongoing outside that started with a pneumatic drill that started at 7am.

Great location (between Old Town and Marjan Park) - few minutes walk to both) and very comfortable apartment with great view and everything you could want or need. Our host, Vinko, met us at entry and explained everything. He even provided a lovely bottle of red to welcome us as well as some of his own delicious homemade walnut liqueur.

3 floors up and no lift. Construction next door.

Very charming apartment, perfect for 2 couples. Everything was as advertised. Great location on the harbor, easy walking to the Riva, Old Town, eateries, etc. A convenient grocery store in the same building. The owner, Vinko, met us when we arrived and was thorough showing us the apartment. A nice toast of a walnut liqueur and a bottle of wine for us to enjoy later were appreciated.

We had planned to rent a car the night before we checked out, but changed to pickup the next morning instead. The parking situation for the building’s tenants seemed very chaotic and we chose not to figure it out.

The location was perfect, the apartment very confortable and clean. I've been there for the Half Marathon, and needed a prolonged check-out to take a bath, the owner was really kind and allowed it.

A truly perfect host—quick responses and seamless organization. The location is just a 2-minute walk from the main city waterfront and main promenades. Everything was well-arranged, clean and even the place smells amazing! Highly recommended.

The property was clean and nicely located. The host left us a bottle of wine and some fresh fruit. It was an easy walk to restaurants and sites.

I was disappointed with the view. There was a big hole and construction site as our view. I paid for the view. The construction crew started very early in the morning. We did, however, have a little bit of a sea view. You had to go back behind the building to enter, which was very dark at night. As two women traveling alone it wasn’t the best.

The location was excellent right near the port and shops

The second room was too small to put our suitcases in so had to keep them in the living area but it didn't worry us too much as we were only sleeping there. There was no data connection both days we were there
