Very nicely done up apartment with everything clean and modern. Nice and relaxing apartment to rest and chill out after the day trips and the heat. Great location close to the city centre (in five minutes you are on the edges of the old town) and overlooking the port/marina. There is a supermarket in the same block and plenty of restaurants next door.

The old block of flats that doesn't look that good from the outside, but the inside of the flat is pleasantly surprising. There is a small kitchenette and dishwasher, the apartment would be better served by having a washing machine instead. Small and free, first-come, first-served parking - we checked in around 2pm, found a spot and didn't move the car for two or three days. Otherwise, there is plenty of public parking places a 10-minute walk away in the Marjan area, about 10 euros for the whole day.

The apartment was lovely, modern and clean inside and close to the Marina. Our host was lovely and accommodating.

The carpark is tight and overcrowded and many stairs to the apartment so travel light. There is a large construction going on outside the deck to be aware of if staying during the week. We were lucky to be leaving Monday morning. There were no photos which showed the construction next door.

Very comfortable apartment in a great location. Easy access to historic downtown and multiple restaurants. Grocery store was right downstairs

It appears that people used to smoke in apartment in the past and the smell lingers especially when turning on air conditioning

The apartment is generally nice and as presented in the pictures but the pictures are strategically taken to hide the big issue of the construction site next door When construction is finished (probably next year) I'm sure the apartment will be a pleasant place to stay again

This trip was completely ruined by the incessant noise by the construction site literally right outside the apartment. It started at 6.30am every morning and continued all day. The drilling was so aggressive, the apartment shook for most of the day. We sleep with ear plugs and they couldn't drown out the noise. If, like us, you saw this apartment and thought that it is a lovely view and balcony to enjoy your vacation on, think again. Even if the noise wasn't as horrendous as it was, the dust and dirt that covers the balcony makes it impossible to enjoy during the operation hours. The Hosts - we contacted the Host the first morning we arrived expressing our disappointed and concern that this was going to continue for our week in the apartment and asked them to help / be more honest and transparent with future guests. They took zero ownership or accountability on the fact they haven't disclosed this information, preached to us about God and that we should be grateful and suggested we leave the apartment to enjoy local tours (which we did, but at 6.30am there is not much to do and most people on holidays would at a bare minimum, like the odd lie-in). We found our engagements with the Host really disappointing and airing on the side of passive aggressive and manipulative (I fully expect to see them comment on this post saying we were the problem not them, since this is what they said to us in all our exchanges) We understand that the construction site deeply impacts the owners ability to rent the apartment but we stand by that all future guests should be informed about it so you can decide if you want to stay there and not be stuck like us - this is what we tried to explain to the Host, to no avail or accountability. Lastly, as we suspect it was not the "last guest" due to the discoloration/aging of the tape - the balcony door is broken from the living room, meaning you've to go through one of the bedrooms to go out to the balcony.

Location across from the bay. Beautiful views.

No elevator. The apartment is on the third floor.
