Clean, quiet, reserved parking space nearby, well furnished, 50m from grocery store, pet friendly. Host is very responsive and helpful.

Location can be tricky, as only short drive to city center, but really nothing in walking distance. Bed was comfortable but making squeaky noise each time I was changing sides while sleeping.
