Apartament Sofia

The host was kind and has a great smile. We arrived late but she took the time to meet us and give us a tour of the apartment. The apartment is just like in the photos. Has all the expected facilities and everything was working fine.

The pillows in the bedroom are not confortable. There is no option to cover the small kitchen windows from the light from the street during the night. We like the room to be dark for better sleep.

The apartment looks just like in the pictures, very clean, it had everything we needed. Excellent communication with the host. It was perfect.

The apartment has everything you need for a long stay, you can feel right at home. And by everything I mean everything: smart TV & netflix, dish washer, washing machine, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, kitchen ustensils, stove, oven, extra pillows and blankets, toothpaste and the list goes on. Very clean and spacious. There is a carrrefour market very close that can cover most of your needs and the apartment complex/area is very chill, great for a relaxing vacation. The drive to the city center is short. We also stayed with our medium sized dog and had a fantastic time, so I can confirm the apartment is pet friendly. We arrived super late due to traffic conditions ( 1 AM instead of 7 PM) but the host was extremely nice and waited for us without making a thing of it. Thank you so much for that!!!

The only point of improvement I could find is the frying pan, which I think is supposed to be non-stick but in reality needs a full oil bath to make some eggs.

I informed the host that we will arrive very late, at 1:00 am. We announced 30 minutes before arriving at the location. He was waiting for us with the key of the apartment. the little ones were happy when they found the sweets left by the host and we were delighted when we discovered the ness-coffee :)

the impossibility of issuing tax invoices. But.. I understood that it is only a matter of time until this will be resolved as well.
