Good location near Porta Romana, bus stop across the street for getting into town w/o uphill walk. Updated facilities, lovely furniture. Nice little garden in the back. Quiet neighborhood. Free street parking. A friendly market nearby where you could have breakfast, pick up some groceries/bus tickets and prepared foods to go.

Only one set of keys, since it's required for turning on electricity, 2nd set of keys is needed so guests can come & go at different times separately. Better towels help too.

La casa è perfetta specialmente per chi ha un cane. Il sig.Maurizio ottimo padrone di casa. Anche se è situata fuori le mura il centro si raggiunge facilmente a piedi.

Un unico problema che però è successo a noi è stato quello della chiusura per ferie del bar sotto la casa.

La posizione, appartamento nuovissimo tecnologico e funzionale in una casa d'epoca. Vicinissimo al centro appena sotto le mura con una passeggiata di 15/20 min arrivi in piazza del Campo.

Notre hôte, Maurizio, est accueillant, sympathique, très réactif, attentif à toutes les demandes...L'appartement est spacieux, il comporte deux salles de bain (ce qui est très pratique), un petit jardin et une terrasse très agréable, c'est un endroit où l'on se sent bien dès que l'on passe la porte. En plus, on est à deux pas de la porta Romana et en 10 minutes à pied, on est au cœur de Sienne. L'appartement possède un garage mais nous n'avons pas garé la voiture dedans car devant l'appartement, il y a toujours de la place et la quartier est calme. C'est un endroit à recommander vivement.

Das Appartement war sehr komfortabel und gut ausgestattet. Es war sehr gut klimatisiert mit 3 Klimaanlagen. Die Betten im großen Schlafzimmer waren in Ordnung. Maurizio war immer erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten und hat uns geholfen. Die Entfernung zum Stadtzentrum war ca. 15 Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeit waren zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Wir hatten eine eigene Garage, was sehr toll war. Das Appartement hat einen schönen Garten mit Blick auf die Stadtmauer.

Die Betten im kleinen Schlafzimmer waren etwas schmal für große Kinder.

Great location, close to the old town. Great value. Host Maurizio is very friendly and helpful in every way. Definitely would recommend to others.
