A lovely mix of traditional and high tech with lovely showers and well equipped kitchen. Great to sit in the garden and use the fresh herbs.

Location and garden

Extremely friendly and helpful welcome, very clean, very convenient location to walk to Siena's old city.

Nothing, everything was great.

It was a great location just outside the city wall with separate secure garage. Maurizio was very helpful and the apartment was very well equipped.

The fan in the second bathroom cut out after about 1 minute so had to be pushed a number of times to clear the steam from the shower. The AC units did not all work and in the master bedroom only for a couple of minutes.

No tea, coffee, milk, bread, butter - a welcome pack would have been great. We couldn't have a coffee on the first morning, but not a huge deal

Excellent location - the apartment is right outside the city wall, just a little walk uphill to Porta Romana, all the historical landmarks in the city center are within walking distance. The apartment is very spacious, modern, and spotless. Both bathrooms are well equipped and very clean too. The kitchen is large and fully equipped in case you want to do your own cooking. The kitchen leads to a beautiful garden where we had breakfast every morning and sat there after dinner every evening. The host Maurizio was very nice and helpful, he showed us what to see in Siena and where to eat/buy food. The parking was right in front of the house and free of charge. Overall, our stay was perfect and we will definitely be back in the coming years.

The location could have been better for us

Great location for exploring Siena. Spotless modern apartment with a garden.

The location of the apartment was excellent near Siena city centre, still easily accessible by car (and on the other hand, it is easy to reach other towns in Tuscany). In Siena this is not a common combination. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The terrace was not one of the fanciest but still a nice thing to have. The garage was a separate one, on the other side of the street.

Downstairs neighbours had a noisy party one night. Luckily, the bedroom was on the quieter side of the apartment.
