Good location, good size for a studio

The staff was polite but in general I wouldn’t visit again. We went in the studio and when sitting on the bed, it dropped and some wooden part fell apart. I wasn’t going to mention it but then I noticed the whole studio is not well maintained. They gave us another studio, after I called but the other one was in similar condition (at least nothing broke) - peeling paint from the wall, the fabric of the chairs was torn, the windows and bathroom were not very clean, there were not many things (for example just two forks, no spoons). Also, I found annoying that they didn’t have a well organized checkin process, I had to call several times to find out exactly how to get in the studio. I had to call for the wifi password when it should have been easily accessible in the room. In general, Sofia has to offer bigger apartments in better conditions for the same price which is not that much but still…

The location is perfect for Studentski Grad. Very modern. Easy to check in with the keys left in a locked box. The code sent on the day of arrival. Messaged to meet and take payment in cash easily.
