Vintage Studio Studentski grad

No towels, no clear check in instructions upfront, location not on google maps (not easily accessible from booking app), requested a payment receipt which I didn’t receive yet, too noisy from the street, the ac was off when I arrived and it was very hot inside, all the keys for check in are in one box.

The place is quite specious and clean, it has anything needed. The owner is very nice and understanding. Although it is further from the downtown, it is closer to the airport and has everything important in the district: cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies, and easy transportation to the downtown.

A little noise at night, but resolveble, since there is an air conditioner and you don't have to keep the windows open.

Safety of the building. Free public parking was very convenient. Big supermarket immediately across the street. Position of the apartment with very easy access to ring road. Overall, very convenient for overnight or short stay.

This studio needs detailed cleaning. The first impression is that it is clean, but opening the drawers and kitchen elements gives another perspective. Nothing too serious but visible lack of maintenance. Internet connection is a total enigma. It works on the phone, pretty slow, but not working on a laptop. Never experienced similar situation.

It is on a street full pf food, shops, supermarkets and overall a very lively street in a very lively student neighbourhood. A lot of buses it is right next to a bus stop with a lot of buses. It is also self check-in

The owner changed the apartment last minute, and the new one was worse but for the same price
