Fantastic experience: the host was incredibly helpful and the apartment exceeded my expectations. The place was spotless and even nicer in person. It was very well equipped, with all the basic essentials and towels, kitchen utensils, a microwave to heat up food, and even a washing machine. The bed was very comfortable, and there’s air conditioning in case it gets hot. It was also really quiet - no noise from outside. The Wi-Fi worked well, and all the appliances were fully functional. The location is super convenient, close to public transport and about a 10-minute walk from Sofia’s city center. It felt like a very safe neighborhood - I didn’t feel uneasy even when walking around late at night. For 5 nights, considering the location and the quality of the apartment, the price was truly great value! The host was always quick to respond, gave clear instructions, and showed real care for their guests.

The apartment was well located, easy to find and interaction with management was fabulous. It had all the facilities needed and it felt really comfortable. Definitely recommended.

There was only one cover (very thin one) two people and we did not have a good rest.

I was happy to find some coffee capsules to the coffee machine. It is always very nice. I would be even happier, however, if it would be more of them and some coffee cream to use. The apartment has a very good location, and the kitchen is well equipped.

The address was not exact, so I had a little trouble finding the gate. Also, the locker for the keys is located directly on the floor level, so it is quite hard to access it. The bathroom was tiny. Actually, it was just a shower cabin with the toilet inside.
