The location was very good very central

At first the owners checked our reservation several times before they give us the key code, all our info where provided in booking. Secondly it was not very clean, women hair all over the couch Last and most annoying the whatsupp provided did not respond. We checked out 15mins later and they called me ,told me to get out and hung up on me in a very rude manner. Been traveling my hole life first time meeting such a rude behaviour

Very good location; Calm; Spacious

Sliding doors of bathroom are hard to close/open and noisy; Difficult to find parking place and not easy to understand how to pay for parking; (you have to buy tickets in tobacco shops and scratch the ticket to right dates and time) The agency requests detailed personal data of each guest.

The apartment's location is amazing, right in the center of the city with close access to shops and restaurants.

The apartment itself was disappointing. It was dirty, without hot water, and it is located on the 5th floor without elevator, which is very inconvenient for those traveling with luggage. Additionally, the instructions on how to access the apartment were sent 30 minutes after the scheduled arrival time, despite our request for earlier accommodation.

The apartment look nice and is well situated. It lacks some basics of the kitchen, there is no salt and pepper so buy them.

There is a smell in the apartment, unidentified... The response from the gestion team was not easy since they are not on Whatsapp.
