"Great location"

Excellent location, easy to reach and very good experience with the staff.

Being in the city center the building was old and the drywall used for renovation started to smell a little, nothing serious but it is the first thing you notice when you enter the apartment.

"There’s better in the same price range"

Location The beds in the bedrooms are comfy.

The cleanliness was not great. Not were there things to clean the dirty dishes with. Sure there was Dishwasher, but nothing to use to wash up cup to use. They sent someone with soap and a cloth the following day. However overall I was dissatisfied with the cleanliness upon arrival. Not acceptable. The sofa bed in the living room Is not. Ac unit is set up in a corner and the air takes a long time to cool down any where else in the apt

its located 2min from vitosha boulevard on the 4th floor very spacious apartment with AC towels and everything you need washing mashine and dryier also ,little balcony , its very close to restaurants,metro stations and bars good and silent for families

Location and design in apartment

One of the bed was very uncomfortable. The fridge- freezer wasn't defrost from long time. The microwave was in dangerous condition. The tumble dryer does not work

"Great location!"

Lovely apartment in the heart of the city, just a street or 2 away from the main walking street. Highly recommend! Communication with the customer service team was top notch. Also we booked last minute and as there was a locker for the key, they made directions so easy with pictures etc. If we ever visit Sophia again, will 100% stay here. Everything is walkable.

If you are sensitive to light, walk with an eye mask as there aren't blackout blinds in the main bedroom.
