L'appartement est très bien situé. Tout se fait à pied. La ruelle malgré sa position est calme. Tout petit extérieur avec une table et une chaise. L'arrivée autonome est appréciable. Ana est à l'écoute si besoin.

L'appartement se situe au RDC, semi enterré. Il y a une odeur d'humidité persistante. La VMC ne fonctionne pas, nous étions invités à laisser la fenêtre ouverte. La seule lumière est celle de la porte d'entrée vitrée. La SDB est très étroite, à peine de quoi se retourner. Équipement de base sans plus. Il y a une TV mais qui ne fonctionne que pour youtube ou Netflix.
