Maria-Luiza's Cozy Central Apartment

The apartment is at an excellent location in the center of the city. Building is old and the elevator appears a bit clunky, but the apartment is great - clean, fully equipped as advertised, it served 6 people well for a night after a concert. The hosts were helpful and available on Whatsapp for instructions and help. No complaints about the accommodation.

Even though I asked for 2 parking spots to be reserved at the nearby paid parking, the parking lot was small, filthy and it was absolutely crammed with vehicles blocking each other like tetris. I couldn't even access its entrance from the street. The guy in charge was extremely rude after I refused to squeeze my car through an impossible space and leave my keys with him (I personally saw cars getting moved by their staff there and getting scratched). I ended up parking at another paid parking lot nearby (on Lozengrad street) which charged 1 BGN (half euro) per hour. Keep this in mind if you come with a vehicle, especially if it's a busy period. The parking lot is not provided by the host and it's quite bad.

Beautiful apartment in great location. Good for 5 persons

Information about how to access the building and apartment wasn't given in advance, leading to confusion and worry as we stood on the doorstep. Eventually connected by WhatsApp and all good after that. Apartment was great but there was not enough bed linen or towels for 5. Only enough for 2.

Comfortable flat for a family of 5 very closed to city center.

It is in the city center, quite close to the attractions of Sofia. There is a parking lot at the back of the building. The apartment is on the 5th floor, I think there is an elevator/lift but I didn't use. The host try to fix if you have a problem.

We enjoyed a fantastic holiday in Sofia, thanks in large part to our stay at this apartment. The apartment was ideal for our purposes and we particularly loved how clean, pleasant, stylish and well-equipped it is. The bed was quite comfy and we slept like babies. From the balcony, you can see Saints Kyril and Methodius Church (in front) and the snowy Vitosha Mountains (to the left). The location was ideal for visiting the city. The host was extremely pleasant and helpful. We would absolutely suggest this apartment to others and will be delighted to return! Благодарим ви, че направихте престоя ни толкова приятен!

Superb apartment, really well furnished, very modern, and a lovely welcoming host. Quiet and very comfortable. Located close to everything you need.

Everything was perfect, no dislikes whatsoever.
