Clean apartment with good kitchen facilities and equipment. Very close to all amenities

Very noisy as building work was carried out from 8 am in same building. Drainage in the shower very poor but bathroom itself modern and clean.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich an sehr zentraler Lage und ist sehr sauber. Die Preis-Leistung ist optimal.

Nice & close to everything

really enjoyed my stay! The location couldn’t be better, less than 5 minutes walk to the main center of Split which made getting around super easy. The place was nice and spacious, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Would happily stay here again!

The infront door was broken.we felt unsafe when we were staying there. the the secend days the worker came to fix the door but the host did not i form us inadvance. someone could come easily when We were abcent. not well eqiuiment apartment.

La casa era vieja, los muebles eran viejos, usados y sucios. Te pegabas en el suelo con los zapatos. El frigorífico no estaba totalmente limpio, había restos. El cuartillo del frigorífico estaba lleno de utensilios sin querer usar. Las almohadas y sábanas del sofá no estaban limpias, el hueco del sofá y su interior muy sucio. La puerta de entrada rota, con los cristales rotos en la misma ventana, con un cartón tapando el hueco. No entiendo los comentarios que puntúan el alojamiento como excelente. No repetiría ni aunque me lo regalaran.
