Anything I liked about the property was overshadowed by the intrusive noise from the next door music school which had different instruments including many pianos, clarinets, oboes etc all playing simultaneously in different rooms creating a discordant sound which echoed throughout the apartment from 8.00am - 19.00pm. The kitchen was well-equipped and the apartment had a nice layout.

Firstly, the overriding problem with the apartment was noise from the music school. It was a cacophony of intrusive sound from multiple learner students on different instruments including pianos the building next door. Their practice rooms were above and next to the apartment so we were surrounded by the noise. It started at 8.00am and finished at 19.00pm. We wanted a relaxing time to enjoy some gentle sightseeing and some time in the apartment but this was ruined by the noise. The air-conditioning only works in the lounge so the bedroom downstairs gets hot and stuffy at night and the upstairs bedroom is a sauna with no a/c. I have never had as bad an experience as this in years. We would not have booked the apartment if we had known about the music school and I feel strongly it should be pointed out to prospective guests.

Location in Old Town, very close to everything, yet isolated because it’s gated. Very quiet; there is a Music school next door but it didn’t bother us at all. It looks old externally, but inside is very modern and spacious! My husband wants to buy the place! 😆😅 lol The place has everything (more than pop The owner Branimir is also very accommodating! He waited for us (probably a long time!$; we drove from Dubrovnik and the weather was bad; it was pouring heavily, hence our further delay. He was very helpful with where to go, how to get there (island), etc.

Branimir is an amazing host! The property is deluxe, worthy of cabbage-loving retired Emperors everywhere! [If you know the history of Split, that claim will make perfect sense to you!]. Couldn’t imagine being anywhere else in the city

Everything!!! Spacious, comfortable, very clean and everything was provided - even the little things in the bathroom and kitchen! The fridge was stocked! Vibes were great and so many different lighting options

The stay was wonderful. Branmir took care of everything and even drove us to the airport. Branimir was very friendly and gave us lots of excellent tips. We felt very comfortable in the apartment and Branimir looked after us excellent

Everything. Could not get a better location in Split, right in the middle of Old Town. Accommodation was modern, cool (on what were very hot days) and came with everything you could possibly need as well as things you didn’t know you needed! The host, Brandimir, welcomed us at the airport like we were visiting family and saw us off at the ferry terminal two days later. Cannot recommend this stay highly enough
