Puikus naujas butas, labai patogus vonios kambarys. Virtuvėje nieko netrūko, nebent mikrobanginės maistui pašildyti. Viskas nuostabu. Netoli nuo centro, bet labai rami tyli vieta.

Отличное расположение, живёшь в самом сердце Тарту. Рукой подать до ратушной площади. Вокруг парк. Очень красиво! Квартира чистая, новая, удобная. Очень тихо. Удобная достаточно жёсткая кровать.

Нет чая. Нет крючков в ванной для полотенец. Нет мусорного ведра в ванной.

It's a really small and very new apartment in a quiet location close to the center. It's very modern and while generally everything was there, it has a somewhat bare and unfinished feeling to it. The apartment was clean and the surroundings tidy. Beds OK, incl. the sofa bed. Many large windows which is good as the house is in a valley so some light is let in. A few minutes' pleasant walk in a park to get to city center - if you don't have a car, the location could not be better. Getting in was very easy, we just received codes. No contact with the host as everything worked well. Coffee available in a jar. The size of the apartment was just enough to fit the necessary bed, sofa and a kitchenette. Open sofa left only 20 cm to get to the main bed in an alcove and the narrow kitchen table was like a bar desk (but lower) with seats facing bathroom wall. The layout of the apartment with the bathroom in the center was awkward but OK for short stays, just as in the photos. I cannot imagine anyone living there permanently.

The apartment was still missing some necessary elements such as the second bedside lamp (and also one for the sofa bed) and, most importantly, places to put and had stuff. There were no hooks even for towels or racks for suitcases. All you get is five hangers in the entrance hall. The sofa mattress needs a washable cover as it already had visible stains. Instead of the full oven, a microwave would be more useful for visitors. Parking is a big issue. There's plenty of space in the street, but it's crazily expensive, 3 €/hr on weekdays and even on Saturdays. There's a foot path going uphill right next to the building where we left the car on a Saturday - on the hill right behind the apartment starts zone B (area around university library) where parking is twice cheaper, free for the first 90 minutes and all weekends. This and other information most welcomed by all guests was completely missing.
