It is exquisitely designed and appointed, an oasis among the streets around it. It has everything one could want. It is central, walking distance to a main thoroughfare to catch the ADO bus, the Collectivo minibuses or taxi’s.

L'emplacement est idéal car nous aimons la Veleta pour ces restaurant et son ambiance o l us calme qu'au centre ville. Il y a possibilité de parquer la voiture.

Les équipements sont très vieux et mériteraient d'être remplacés: Porte pas du tout insonorisée Douche difficile à régler et lavabo bouché Lunette de WC cassée Moustiquaire Bruit insupportable de la tuyauterie de la piscine... Et nous n'avions pas le mot de passe du wifi avant le 2e jour, une simple instruction sur place aurait suffit... Cela fait beaucoup de chose qui font que nous ne reviendrons pas ici.

Loved the location, the split level apartment, the rustic-modern finishes, the layout of the rooms, the balcony, the birdlife, doing yoga on the upper deck and watching the incredible sunsets, the big pool on the ground floor with the sunloungers, our private dipping pool (though many of the mosaics had fallen off), the complimentary bath products, and the suspended net where I lay on the cushions to read my book, and sometimes dozed off.

The shower drain was quite smelly at times, but I'm sure the owners have taken care of this by now. Also, while we were there, they were fixing all the private mini pools, so the mosaics should also be fixed now. Unfortunately, it was way too hot to leave the double-volume windows and curtains open (the sun blazes in on the south), so natural cross-ventilation doesn't really work, and the aircon struggles in the heat. Some shading on the south facade would help with this.

There’s a bad smell that comes out from somewhere when you walk between the bathroom and the bedroom. Power went out one morning (which is normal in Tulum) but the door locks are electrical, meaning that if you have to leave the door stays open and if you are outside you can get back in. When I ask the staff on WhatsApp for suggestions or help on what to do they never replied and I ended up being late for a meeting. The AC didn’t really do much.

La casa veramente bellissima, spaziosa, comoda e aveva tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. Siamo stati veramente molto bene e i proprietari sono stati molto gentili, disponibili per ogni nostra richiesta. Anche gli spazi comuni li abbiamo molto apprezzati.

L'emplacement était bien et le logement spacieux.

Logement laissé à l'abandon! Problème de chasse d'eau durant 24h dès notre arrivé, pas possible de l'utiliser. Le service client nous a certifiée qune personne est passé le 1er soir, c'était faux! Coupure d'électricité à plusieurs reprises (ça on pardonne il y avait de l'orage). Pompe à eau cassée le jour de notre départ donc pas d'eau pour se laver. Nous sommes rentrés en France sans nous laver!!! Bonjour la lune de miel! Porte d'entrée de l'appartement qui se détruit en 1 coup de pied. Elle oscille... on a eu assez peur donc on bloquait avec le canapé toutes les nuits. Porte de la résidence à moitié cassée et elle oscille aussi. Les piscines étaient sales, personne n'est passé préparer la résidence visiblement. Et celle de notre chambre était en plus rouillée. C'est tellement dommage car bien soigné et avec un service client vraiment réactif c'est top comme endroit. Mais là c'est n'importe quoi, tu descends les escalierset ça s'effrite sous tes pieds.... On veut notre remboursement sérieusement ! Même le Netflix n'était pas connecté mais vu le temps de réponse et les multiples appels ignorés pour les urgences on n'a rien demandé. FUYEZ!!!

These apartments are amazing! Even better than the photos. Also close to nice restaurants and cafes
