We absolutely loved our one night stay in Siljivas apartment. It was in a great location- as mentioned in some other reviews it was over a pub that plays loud music and if we’d had more energy after a long day of travelling we would have been down there loving it! As it was we enjoyed it from the apartment. Really clean, had everything you’d need (and more) and Silijva was so welcoming and friendly, and gave us helpful directions to find the property from the port. I would 100% return if (when!) I’m back in Split.

Perfectly clean and tidy apartment in a genuinely perfect location. The communication from the host was some of the best I've received

It can be tricky to find from the nearest roadway, but the instructions provided are very clear and helpful

"We were very happy with our Stay. The Location and Room were very good and Sylvija was very helpful."

No Breakfast as we were there only one night The location was good and handy to shops and restaurants.

I would not expect any more than what we received. Sylvija was very nice & helpful to deal with. I would recommend the Fictilis to my Freinds.

"Great central apartment within the palace walls. A special place to stay."

It was clean, bright, well decorated and in an excellent location. Clear instructions to find it and to get in.

It is situated over a bar. So it’s noisy (but they play great music) if you’re looking for an early night. But the bar closes at midnight and the music promptly shuts off. All is quiet from then on.

Service was absolutely fantastic! Great communication and nothing was too much trouble.

It is above a bar, which is no issue if you out late as we were. If you go to bed before 11 or so, it may be a little noisy. Location. Otherwise fabulous. There are some stairs, but very manageable
