Riva Royal View Luxury Apartments

The location and view was fantastic. Large suite with small kitchen, new bathroom a balcony overlooking the Riva.

The owner stated in the agreement someone would meet us at the location. We hate a late evening check in and stated this at the onset of the booking. We arrived at the exact time stated. There was no one to meet us, no sign on the building and no indication of where the room was. Despite our numerous attempts to reach the owner we received no check in information until the following morning. At 1:00 a.m. we gave trying to phone and text. The owner stated they tried to communicate with us with no success. (“There must be an issue with your phone”). We used the same phone to contact another hotel at at 1:00 a.m. it cost us $350.00 for a room that night. Weak communication by the owner!!!

Le canapé « lit » qui n’en est pas un mais un canapé avec possibilité d’allonger les jambes sur lequel on a ajouté un sur matelas.

Location definitely

The mattress are awful , they are like a hammock, needs to be changed. Hot water for the shower needs to be signaled.

Stor leilighet med lyst og lekkert interiør. Fantastisk utsikt! Savnet balkong som på bildet... ? Vi bodde på Emily i 3 etg .med et dbl soverom og et enkeltrom.

Dusjen var stor men med et lite dusjhode festet tett tett til veggen.. Bytt dusj eller sett inn et badekar med dusj ( er masse plass til det) kanskje boblebad, så kan eier få enda mer for leie. Kjøkkenkrok litt lite er plass til et større . Dumt å bruke bildet av balkongen på reklamen når en ikke får det....
