Riva Royal View Luxury Apartments

Perfect Locatie met uitzicht op de promenade en zee. Ruim woonkamer en main slaapkamer. Schoon.

Er kwam erg weinig water uit de douche (zeer vervelend). Toiletartikelen ontbreekt ( alleen handzeep, wc papier). 2de slaapkamer niet te doen (donker en lijkt op een straf kamer). very small kitchenette, wel mooi ingebouwd in a dichte kast (iets meer dan 1 meter breed) .

Top notch location! Right at the Riva promenade by the sea. Everything you need is around you. Still Quiet to sleep. Beautifull old apartment with charm. Plenty of space and great seaview over harbour. Comfortable bed.

Remember to bring own towels, shower gel, shampoo etc, as there are none. For one day we had cold water only, so there was no warm shower for the day.

NOTHING after dealing with the cleaner and owner. They came in my room with no notice or permission or even knocking and entered andci found her in the living room . We we shocked and frightened. The other issue it the front door isn't lined properly, so even when you lock it, it opens afterward. We came home to our front door wide open, and when we were sleeping, the door opened in the night all night . I didn't realize until morning. Nothing after dealing with the cleaner and owner. The owner texted me that he was going to call police and accused us of assaulting his cleaner??? SHE entered without us knowing she was there or who she was... They are both very aggressive, unprofessional people! She especially was very aggressive, and we asked her to leave ! She pushed one of us and followed us around the apartment. It's completely crazy . I'm very well traveled and never has something like this happened to me. STAY AWAY from these criminals. It's an UNSAFE UNSECURED apartment . We were to single ladies, and it COULD HAVE BEEN VERY BAD IF SOMEONE ENTERED IN THE NIGHT BECAUSE OF THE FAULTY FRONT DOOR ALINGMENT. THEY WERE THE MOST UNPLEASANT PEOPLE IVE EVER DELT WITH IN 20 YEARS TRAVELING. BEWARE!!!

The entrance lobby is a bit strange, we were asked to leave the main door open.

The back of the building faces restaurant chimneys, and strong smells of frying and grilling constantly enter our room this is extremely unpleasant. The bed linen, especially the blankets, are not clean. At the building entrance, there is a green garbage bin with a strong sewage smell and visible dirt very unhygienic
