Riva Royal View Luxury Apartments

Location was great and nice apartment with a nice view. Great place of 3 people, not 5 with older/adult children. Great AC.

The picture showed a room with a deck, not for the two bedroom but turns out stock photo on bookings. The second bedroom had a twin bed only and tiny. My two older children had to share a pull out couch and not enough bedding was available. No paper towels, only 1 roll of toilet paper. Only 1 set of keys. Towels were low quality and wasn’t easy to get more and were small but this is a little nitpicking.

Excellent location with fantastic view of entire waterfront. Can't get any better in Split Unit is spacious, clean, and exactly as advertised. Very convenient check-in and out with key drop in coded key box.

2nd bedroom quite small (for such a large apartment) and ok only for single person.

Perfect location with an amazing ocean view! Close to restaurants, shops and the marina.

Guest bathroom toilet wasn’t bolted down and it moved when you sat down on it (minor fix).

The place had a great location and way airy. The host was very responsive. It was a great stay !

Location,location,location Everything clean and functional. Clear instructions for access which worked very well though be aware this apartment is in between the pillars and not easy to spot. Everything was so near by and it was good value for money. Appreciated great ac as hot weather and also the excellent shower. Thank you for letting us stay.

Nothing really. Slightly noisy at the weekend to be expected but shutters on windows helped control the noise.
