Modern first floor appartment with all necessary amenities. Close to city center and a free parking at 200meter. Very friendly host and lovely decorated place. It has one room with 2 separate beds, one loft with 2 one person beds and a double bed besides the livingroom. Great for groups of 6

Zeer ruim appartement. Schoon en alles aanwezig.

Het enige wat tegen viel was het ontbreken van de trapleuning naar de 1e verdieping.

Location is fantastic for anything you want to do in Ypres/Leper or the surrounding area. Close to the city centre and 15 mins walk to the train.

Not a complaint at all because it’s common, but lots of stairs.

Location was very good. Owners very helpful with parking the motorcycles. Flexible on arrival.

Nicely appointed apartment. Newly refurbished, and very light and airey. Quite a quirky and fun place to stay, and was ideal for our group of 5 friends visiting the area. Was exactly as expected.

Nothing major - just things to consider for your group. The double bed is in the central atrium of the upper floor (from which the twin room, shower, toilet, are accessed), and the extra 'cubby hole' beds are on an open mezzanine above that. Was not a problem for us, but something to consider if privacy is of concern. The 'free parking' is not on-site, but ~300m walk to a free public carpark. Very easy to get too - but don't expect a driveway outside.
