Fabulous location, very clean, comfortable and light. Lovely local neighbours

A toaster would have been useful. Information on how to use the parking permits would have been useful but there were helpful neighbours who gave advice.

Do not stay here! The owner is a fraud and will rip you off! We booked months in advance only to turn up and find another family staying the house. The owner lied and said that there was a water leak and that we need to stay at another location. There was another family staying here having a shower as he was saying this. He took us to an inferior property (2 bedrooms not 3 for a start). Owner lied and said that Nelly only has 2 bedrooms. Now trying to get some sort of refund through legal action!

The set up is a bit weird as it’s NOT three separate rooms. The double bed is on a landing outside the twin room and the cabin beds on a higher landing overlooking the double. Not what we usually get in the UK. But it’s clean and airy and a brilliant location.

Layout of the sleeping areas. No parking at the actual property by there is free parking a short walk away. Also very steep stairs with no handrail one side.

Perfect for our family. Really convenient location. We didn’t have much to do with the hosts but they were really helpful when we arrived in showing us around and giving advice as to where to find things.

Loved the location, it was quiet and private, but within easy reach of the rest of Ypres. Beautifully decorated and felt very home-like, clean and comfortable.

The lack of parking onsite is a minor inconvenience but is easily overcome. The stairs might not be suitable for the less mobile, but this is a small detail.

Proximity to the centre but in a quiet neighbourhood.
