Ni ustreznega parkirnega prostora - je ob hisi, vendar je težko parkirati in obrniti vozilo, dotrajano, starejše pohištvo, apartma ni ravno ob plaži je pa ob morju

The owner was very helpfull, very nice apartment for 3 people+ one child, the apartment was clean, groceries and shops are near, max 2minutes walking, the sea is also 2 minutes from the apartment

A very spacious and well-kept apartment in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The place was clean and well-equipped – we didn’t miss anything. The host, Nico, is a very helpful and kind person. He welcomed us with local wine and olive oil, and upon departure, he gave us a small gift. Nico took the time to tell us about the history of Zadar and recommended interesting places in the city and surrounding area – pointing out beaches, restaurants, and attractions worth visiting. We had quick and smooth communication with him via WhatsApp throughout our stay. You can reach the center of Zadar with a 30-minute walk along the promenade, but Uber is also an option. The beach is just a 10-minute walk away. We definitely recommend this place – perfect both for relaxation and as a base for exploring the region.

Very nice place,in apartment you have terrace, your own grill in the backyard, AC (which is very helpfull for local weather) and all necessary things. Good location, 5 min walking to the see, 2-3 min to bakery, grocery store, tennis court. Owner was very kind owner, helped us to plan what to do and offered many attractions and some of the best restaurants in the city.

We really enjoyed our stay at Apartments Miodrag😊 The location is excellent, and the apartment itself was very comfortable — it was perfect for our family☺️ Each room had its own balcony, and there was also a spacious terrace with a barbecue area. The highlight was definitely the host, who was very kind and responsive. Upon our arrival, he told us about the best places to visit, including restaurants and attractions. We truly recommend these apartments to everyone!!!

bardzo przestronny apartament. Właściciel Nico zadbał o nas oraz podarował lokalne wino oraz oliwę do spróbowania. Opowiedział co możemy zobaczyć w trakcie naszego pobytu. Mieszkanie bardzo czyste. 20 minut spacerkiem wzdłuż wybrzeża do samego centrum Zadaru. Na pożegnanie otrzymaliśmy po magnesie super sprawa bardzo dziękujemy 😉

Nico is an extremely kind and caring host – always willing to help with a smile. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and well equipped, and the terrace was a fantastic place to relax. We were welcomed with homemade wine, which was such a lovely gesture. The location is perfect – about 15 minutes’ walk to the beach and 30 minutes to the city center. Our stay was truly wonderful, I highly recommend it and definitely give it 10/10! We will definitely choose the same apartment when we are back in Zadar!! Highly recommend!
