The stay was simply wonderful! We were very pleased with the warm welcome and helpful host, who carefully explained everything to us and recommended how to best spend time in this beautiful city. The discovered old town of Zadar was simply enchanting, and the sounds and winds playing the sea organ truly left an indelible impression. The accommodation was in a convenient location - close to the beach, grocery stores, and farmers market, all within walking distance. Additionally, the convenient parking near the house allowed us to move around freely with our car. The environment was tidy, so we felt right at home. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient place to stay in Zadar.

Very clean and fully equipped appartments. For friend families also excellent. The landlordis really helpful; my daughter has gluten allergy, Nico colleczed in 2 hours the reszaurants in Zadar with gluten free dishes.

The beach is about 20 Minutes walk..

Very nice apartment located in a convenient area close to a little beach and many good restaurants. Bakery just around the corner. Old city in a walking distance. Owner is very friendly and hospitable person. He gave us a great introduction to the city attractions on the first day. We were visiting as two families with kids and this apartmend had everything we needed to spend wonderful time in Zadar. We recommend.

Property Owner Mr. Nico was there on said time with smiling face and chocolates for our kids. Earlier he helped us with beach umbrellas and mats. He also helped us to find the hospital for kid in late night. He was very responsive on WhatsApp throughout my stay. Mr. Nico's hospitality truly made our experience unforgettable.

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable, very clean, and the beds were perfect for having a nice peaceful sleep. The location was amazing, very close to the beautiful beaches and walking distance to the old town. A bus stop very close by if needing transport and ideal location for getting to the bus station and airport. The owner Nico was very courteous and helpful with all his knowledge of the area, so friendly and welcoming.Will definitely be returning to this apartment , 😊
