Apartments Miodrag

Clean and good apartment close to beaches and walking distance from Old Town. Very welcoming and helpful host. Facilities are reasonable good.

My friends and I (8 people) stayed at Apartments Miodrag for a week in July. House was unexpectedly big and comfortable, clean, but the best was Nico. He is super kind and available (he even organized a van trip for us to catch the plane at 5 am). Excellent stay.

nico was very friendly and great with suggestions of things to do and where to eat. The apartment was tidy and functional - great value for money and in a great location!

spacious for family of 4 and a dog, comfortable. Nico the host is very nice, he waited for us when we had to change our arrival time 3 times. gave our daughters chocolate as birthday present and provided juice, beer and water.

the pillows in the main bedroom are uncomfortable. no toiletries.

Location is great. Near the seaside road that leads to Borik beach on one end, and to old town on the other. Both, beaches and old town center are on walking distance within 15-20 mins with kids. It sits somewhere in the middle. Apartment is very spacious, clean and has all the utilities required. Nikola is an amazing host and was extremely helpful. On top of that he is also very knowledgeable about city history and places to visit with all the little stories behind. And being in a city with history such as Zadar, that really counts as an extra. Great, great experience, and most certainly we will be back in this apartment in the future to continue exploring this Adriatic gem.

Very nice apartment at a great location with a dedicated parking space, quiet neighborhood and very comfortable bed - we slept like babies. As soon as we walked in we noticed the nice fresh scent. Apartment was very clean and was well equipped. AC was in the living room which was perfect because we did not get direct AC air in the bedroom, and thus it kept the room at a perfect temperature and it did not dry out the air. We prefer not having the AC in the bedroom actually. 5 minute walk to the beach and 20 min walk to the old town. Walk to the old town is beautiful, passing by the Sphinx and the historical Maraska building. Lots of nice restaurants 5-10 minute walk from the apartment. The host was great, provided us with everything we needed and told us what to see in town. We will definitely be coming back to this place next time we are in Zadar. Thank you Niko!
