Apartments Helena

Nagyon tiszta, a háziasszony pedig nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt. Az apartmanok jól felszereltek, hűtő, klíma, kényelmes ágy, tűzhely szóval minden igényt kielégít.

Nem tudok nagyon negatív dolgot mondani :)

We had an excellent stay. Dobrila was a great host, very welcoming and helpful with recommendations to make the most of our time in Zadar. The apartment exceeded our expectations. Very spacious and clean, with a lovely outdoor area. We will definitely go back to Dobrila's place when we come again. Hvala!

Emplacement parfait pour une nuit à Zadar, pas trop loin du centre ville mais il faut prendre la voiture 10 minutes pour se rapprocher ou marcher 30 minutes. Nous avons pu profiter de l'orgue marin, de la salutation au soleil, du coucher du soleil et de l'animation de centre ville en soirée. L'appartement est très propre, il y a même un fond d'épicerie (sel poivre huile vinaigre). Serviettes de toieltte en quantité. Un fil et des pinces à linge sont à disposition pour sécher maillots et serviettes de plage. Très calme. Accueil très dynamique de la propriétaire qui fait beaucoup d'efforts pour communiquer dans un délicieux mélange d'anglais, d'italien et d'espagnol.

Nous avons été surpris par l'accueil très présent de la propriétaire qui a désinfecté nos valises. Elle nous a expliqué qu'il y avait des problèmes de larves et d'insectes qui traînent dans les aéroports. Nous avons mieux compris son empressement après mais sur le moment c'était étonnant.

Cleanliness

Extremely clean, good facilities, the host was very friendly and helpful. Beautifully laid out and decorated, exactly like the photos.

There were a lot of rules on the wall on arrival, most made total sense, but the not being allowed to drink any alcohol at all, even 1 glass of beer or wine with dinner ... seemed at odds with there being wine glasses, a bottle opener, and a jar full of wine corks. It wasn't an issue for us, but it would seem extreme for some people. The wifi is also quite weak. Not deal breakers, just noting in case those things are important to anyone else.

The hospitality was truly something special. From the start, the host made me feel so welcome—warm, kind, and always happy to help. It wasn’t just a place to stay, it felt like I was genuinely cared for. You can tell a lot of heart went into creating a comfortable and thoughtful space. I left feeling really taken care of. Would absolutely return!
