We stayed at a lovely two-bedroom apartment in Zadar and found many things to love. The apartment was immaculately clean, spacious, and very well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A thoughtful touch was arriving to a cool, pleasant space, as the host had kindly turned on the air conditioning in advance.

The host herself was very welcoming and kind, clearly taking pride in offering a great experience. However, she didn’t speak English and relied on a tourist agency to handle the booking process. Unfortunately, this agency caused a lot of confusion and stress: they charged my card, yet told the Booking platform the payment hadn’t gone through, prompting an unnecessary request to update my payment info. This led to several frustrating calls to both the agency and booking site to straighten things out. All in all, the apartment and the host were wonderful, but I’d recommend caution when dealing with the agency. If direct communication with the host were possible, I believe the experience would have been much better! Another point to consider is the location—while it’s peaceful and quiet, it’s about a 30-minute walk from the Old Town, which can be tough under the blazing summer sun.

The apartment was clean. The hostess was friendly, did not bother us. The communication with the apartment owner via booking was prompt and clear. The address was accurate, we found the property easily. There was a free parking spot. Overall our stay was very comfortable and pleasant. We would recommend this place.

There was a set of rules hung on the wall and some of them were a bit odd. To be fair, it might have been a translation error, but one of the rules was: "no alcohol is allowed in the apartment", although there was a wine opener. Also, the hostess didn't speak English, which was weird, but we generally had no problems communicating during the check in and our stay. She showed us the apartment and communicated with signs. The major thing we didn't like was that the water in the shower collected really fast. We took the hair, that was there when we arrived, out of the strainer, but it didn't help.

Very clean, well arranged and cooled apartment. Safe parking was much appreciated. The hostess Dobrila was amazing.

Very good host and very helpfull lady. Apartment very very clean and quite close to the old city centre ok 20 min walk. Really nice parking place behind the gate. Will stay for sure next time in Zadar.
