I had a great stay at apartment Helena. Apartmen is very nice, only 15min by foot from center, with two balcony, clean and the hosts are very nice. The bed is very comfortable, I slept like a baby. I will definitely come again! Very kind hosts! Full privacy! 10 stars!

The big advantages of the stay: - Free transport to the airport, - Local refreshments, - Apartment as described, tidy, - Spotless, everything smelled fresh, - Lots of towels, - Well-equipped kitchen. Overall, we consider the stay successful, as people who travel a lot and value their privacy, unfortunately, Apartments Helena is not a place for us.

During our 8-day stay, we experienced some unpleasant situations. We heard twice the groundless accusations of the host about the accommodation of third parties, where we assured that we did not invite anyone - we used Uber every day, and maybe the cars driving up to the apartment could arouse suspicion among the owners. We felt offended that we were under suspicion despite our assurances that no one but the four of us was staying here. Very often the hostess came/knocked/looked into our apartment unannounced. We felt uncomfortable and thus checked whether we were doing anything wrong. Additionally, we once hung the bedding outside to ventilate as there was no air conditioning and it was boiling, after returning from the beach we found new bedding, and the previous one was taken away. We would ask for a replacement if needed, it was done without our consent while we were out. It was forced many times to give the highest rating on booking com, which we persistently heard to give the rating 10/10. The hostess's lack of knowledge of English made communication very difficult, she should know at least the basics. Another thing was the lack of ventilation in the bathroom, the great heat, and the lack of air conditioning did not make the stay easier. After 4 people were bathing, it was impossible to breathe from the heat in the apartment, everything in the bathroom was damp and there was no air circulation. One of the terraces was unusable, we still had to have the curtains closed, lack of privacy, from time to time someone passed by the window.
